We are an interdisciplinary group at the intersection of genetics, computer science and statistics in the Department of Integrative Biology and the Department of Statistics and Data Science at UT Austin. We generate hypotheses and candidates using some of the largest datasets available in the biological sciences, and then validate them using molecular approaches.
